
Cheyenne Myrie is the philanthropy coordinator at Open Briefing. She is a philanthropic giving and fundraising specialist who has spent the last ten years working at the intersections of nonprofit arts and culture, and social justice in the US. She is particularly focused on using storytelling to fund the work of, by, for, and about people of the global majority, LGBTQ+ identified folks, and culturally specific institutions preserving the work of people with marginalised identities. She holds a master’s degree from New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study where her research examined fundraising and marketing in millennial and generation z populations.
